1. Returns

At ZeroAir, we strive to deliver premium quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect
item, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Opened bottles
  • Change of mind
  • Personal fragrance preference

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
